Todd A. Dillabough served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer at Trident Resources Corp./Trident Exploration Corp., from November 28, 2007 to July 2014. He has over 30 years of experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer at Pioneer Natural Resources Canada, Inc. Mr. Dillabough's tenure at Pioneer drilled and tied-in over 330 Horseshoe Canyon coal bed methane (CBM) wells and developed 3 Mannville CBM pilots. He is a Director at of Catalyst Paper Corporation since September 13, 2012 and San Antonio Oil & Gas Services Ltd. since June 2014, the largest drilling and oil field services company in South America. He served as a Director at Pioneer Natural Resources Canada, Inc. and AVEOS Fleet Performance Inc. Mr. Dillabough served as Governor of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). He is currently working with Canadian Chartered Banks and North American Private Equity groups in appraising and purchasing distressed oil & gas assets in North America. Mr. Dillabough is a Professional Geologist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists in Alberta. Mr. Dillabough received his B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Calgary in 1984.
ROSS O. DRYSDALE

Ross O. Drysdale, LLB, Mr. Drysdale is a lawyer with over 40 years’ experience in the legal profession. He specializes in corporate, securities and business law, with a particular focus on public companies. Prior to moving to private practice in 1985, Mr. Drysdale spent over 8 years as legal counsel to two major oil and gas companies in Calgary, followed by 17 years with McCarthy Tetrault LLP and two and one-half years with Baker McKenzie LLP in Calgary. Mr. Drysdale is currently practicing law with his own firm and is a director and officer of a number of private and public companies while serving on many others in the past. Mr. Drysdale currently serves as Chairman of Captiva Verde Industries Ltd.

With 37 years of experience in the oil and gas service industry. Mr. Wilson Proven expertise in Corporate structure, rapid growth planning and execution. Extensive experience in Safety, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Financial Management, Corporate planning, Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive roles. Well established network of Financial Institutions, Traditional Banking Facilities, Security Lawyers, and Oil & Gas Producers in Drilling, Completions, and Production. From 1979 to 2000 he was the General Manager and Director of Cenalta Energy Services, a related company which was subsequently acquired by Precision Drilling Corp. From 2000 to 2004 he was the Domestic and International manager for Precision Drilling. Mr. Wilson founded Central Alberta Well Services Corp. in 2005 and was the President and CEO until 2010. From 2010 to 2015 Mr. Wilson founded CASA Energy Services Corp. A Oilfield Service Company providing Contract Drilling, Well Servicing, Deep Coiled Tubing and High Pressure Pumping Services.
Mr. Dowker over 25 years of “hands on” operating experience in the oil service industry. Over the last 14 years, Mr. Dowker has grown a successful well servicing company operating in both Canada and the US. Team work, safety, and a “can do” attitude are hallmarks of Mr. Dowker’s successful management style.

Mr. Barber is a highly experienced senior oil and gas professional with a progressive career and proven track record for almost 25 years in leading, managing, mentoring and supervising the development of oil and gas assets, drilling, completions engineering, well services, and abandonments. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Barber has various drilling positions domestically and internationally. From 2000 to 2005 held various well site supervisor positions. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Barber was a Drilling & Completions Superintendent for Enerplus with the overall accountability of drilling and completing wells in Western Canada. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Barber was the Group Lead, Completions & Well Servicing for Cenovus Energy Inc. where he managed a team of 20 people with oversight of all aspects of completions, workovers and abandonment activities for SAGD production wells, injection wells, disposal wells, water source wells and observation wells from the head office and chaired & sponsored continuous improvement initiatives such as developing relationships with local stakeholders where he oversaw a built for purpose SAGD service rig for the Christina Lake asset with the Good Fish First Nations Aboriginal Group
MBA - CFO & DIRECTOR
Mr. Shewchuk possesses a MBA in Finance with a Global Energy Management and Sustainability equivalent from the Haskayne School of Business has over 15 years of progressive experience in private equity/merchant banking, business development an start-up companies in oil & gas, geomatics, engineering and technology sectors – domestic and international. Mr. Shewchuk was a financial analyst for Emergo Canada from 2002 to 2005 and reported directly to the CEO. From 2005 to 2010 as a consultant, Mr. Shewchuk provided financial advisory and business development activities for multiple start-up and early stage companies. From 2010-2012 Mr. Shewchuk was in charge of business development activities for an EPCM and guided it to consecutive years of Fast Growth 50 recognition. Starting in 2013, Mr. Shewchuk was Managing Director of First Merchants Capital, a financial advisory and merchant banking firm, where he moved into his most recent position as CFO of Maralto Environmental Technologies, a frac fluid heating technology that utilizes heat recovery, in late 2014.
